AMA Projects were engaged as the Managing Contractor for refurbishment works at Engineering House, Barton ACT.

This included:

  • the installation of a new tenancy directory board,
  • new directional signage to the lift lobby, new primary and secondary signage walls
  • external landscaping
  • associated services alterations, including power, communications and lighting
  • installation of new carpet in the atrium and new laminate wall cladding to the lift face.

The installation of new Europanel “Eurohurst’ acoustic timber panels added acoustic value to the space, while the installation of a steel structure created from existing steel beams at Level 1, 2, and 3, created a frame for the new staircase.
