AMA Projects managed the design and construction of the Department of Health’s Fitout at Level 12, 130 George St, Parramatta.

The project involved:

  • the creation of 1,680m2 of fitout space for the Department
  • new open area workstations, directors offices, meeting rooms, utilities areas, a breakout space, an interview room and a secure room
  • specialised security (physical and electronic) and acoustic requirements for the Forensics Laboratory, Exhibit Room and Interview Room.

AMA Projects had significant input into the design and delivered the project $250k under budget with security and acoustic areas achieving departmental certification.
