AMA Projects were engaged to manage the fitout of 4,500m2 of office space by the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources.

This project involved:

  • delivery in an occupied buiding
  • workstation areas, offices, collaborative spaces, meeting rooms, a conference room, amenities, break-out areas, multi-purpose rooms, a reception area
  • QC1, QC2 and QIC2 laboratories which involved specialty requirements such as mechanical services, ventilation, and the treatment of floors and walls.

All areas involved the construction of physical security zones of varying levels and the installation and commissioning of an electronic access control system to comply with the Department’s requirements.
