CSIRO Lindfield Library Refurbishment

The project took place as part of CSIRO’s Sydney Consolidation Project. CSIRO required additional office space for their staff as they were due to surrender their lease for their North Ryde facilities later on in 2021. The project involved refurbishment of the both the Lindfield and Marsfield sites.

The Lindfield scope included fitout of a new library, refurbishment of bathrooms, and refurbishment of offices near the research laboratories.

The Marsfield scope included alterations and a refresh to offices and bathrooms on the ground floor and first floor. The Marsfield site was delivered first to accommodate a partial relocation of staff on the 30 September 2021 and the Lindfield project was completed in November 2021.
