AMA Projects were engaged to perform a lift and lobby upgrade at 6 National Circuit, Barton ACT.

The works included:

  • upgrades to the floor and wall finishes
  • feature timber battens across the walls (floor to ceiling) and ceilings
  • installation of a bespoke bench seat with neighbouring vertical garden
  • recessed LED lights on the lift lobby wall and ceilings and additional lighting upgrades
  • upgrades to the tenancy door.

The works were conducted in an occupied building with an operational lift lobby, requiring certain works to be scheduled after-hours so there were no disruptions to the tenants.
