AMA Projects were engaged to oversee the fitout of the Orthopaedics ACT offices.

Works involved:

  • the ground floor tenant being in occupancy so careful scheduling of noisy works and power shutdowns after hours were required.
  • the new main switchboard was originally proposed to be located within the existing ground floor tenancy. AMA arranged for this to be externally mounted to building, so the existing tenant would not be affected by new works, and programme milestones could be met.
