AMA Projects was contracted to create a new space for the Clarity Financial offices in Canberra, ACT.

Works included:

  • industrial-themed space
  • the removal of the existing ceiling to expose ceiling services
  • grinding and polishing of the existing concrete slab
  • high-level finishes for joinery, workstations, and loose furniture
  • delivery in an occupied building environment

The main challenge faced in this project was constructing suspended plywood panels to support lighting and electrical services in lieu of ceiling tiles.
