AMA Projects were engaged by ANU to deliver the design and internal refurbishment of the 1960’s office building. With a tight budget, value engineering the design formed a large part of the scope. The works revolved around preserving and enhancing original timber features and bringing the building up to date. The building contained extensive asbestos, which required engagement of specialist trades to safely remove.
