AMA Projects was responsible for the refurbishment of the Huxley and Oliphant buildings on the Australian National University campus.

The works included:

  • upgrade of mechanical services and new chiller enclosure
  • replacement of ceilings, lighting to offices and corridors
  • creation of new laboratories
  • refurbishment of toilets
  • extensive asbestos removal
  • delivery in an occupied environment.

AMA worked closely with the design team to ensure unresolved details were agreed prior to construction, ensuring minimal defects at completion of works.
