AMA Projects were engaged by the National Capital Authority to deliver their new offices, located in the Treasury Building at King Edwards Terrace.

Completed in late 2017, this project involved:

  • a two-stage delivery
  • the demolition of the existing office
  • the removal of asbestos flooring adhesive
  • refurbishment of two office spaces, bathrooms and a kitchen.

AMA Projects delivered a customised space to the client’s satisfaction, with the feature timber walls and custom decorative graphics enhancing the overall aesthetics of the unique office.
