PSMA Fitout

AMA Projects were engaged to complete a bespoke office fitout in an occupied building.

This project had a number of technically complex elements including:

• the cutting of a large penetration into a concrete post tensioned slab to facilitate the staircase installation which would join two levels
• careful consideration of the ceiling and partitions in the conference room when instaling operable walls to ensure that there was no mis-alignment, so there is no room for error after the supporting steelwork was constructed
• substantial audio visual components throughout each space within the office
• ensuring the new signage had no ill-effect on the cantilevered roof structure at the front of the building. this required input from several parties and the overall design was changed slightly to mitigate any risk of the roof weakening
• careful consideration to the existing, established plumbing system while refurbishing the end of trip facilities.
