AMA Projects was engaged to manage the extension and modification of Mercedes Benz Commercial Vans show room in Alexandria, NSW.

The project involved:

• the new show room accommodating their existing line of commercial vehicles as well as the new Mercedes Benz X Class Utes released in April 2018
• project to be completed on time to align with the nationwide release of the new vehicles.

AMA worked closely with their operations manager to mitigate disruption to Mercedes business and maintenance servicing operations.
