The Canberra branch of the Department of Health required a new fitout for their Call Centre, involving:

  • a large kitchen and breakout area,
  • new ceilings throughout significant sections of the office,
  • high-level joinery
  • new workstations.

The fitout was required to be delivered on a very tight budget, so cost management remained a key challenge throughout the works and was closely managed.

The AMA Projects team worked with clients, end users and designers to ensure the end product met their expectations as well as maintaining their budget.
