AMA Projects were engaged to undertake Project Management/Construction Management Services for the fitout of Brown Consulting’s new offices.

As part of the scope, AMA Projects were responsible for:

  • managing the project budget, design and site construction works
  • successfully delivering under budget and on time, despite delays caused by lengthy lease negotiations.

This project was also listed as a finalist for the MBA 2011 awards in the “Commercial & Retail Fitout, Refurbishment or Alteration” category.
