AMA Projects Braddon Office

Located in the centre of bustling Braddon, the new AMA Projects office reflects not only the company’s capability as an expert in construction management, but its welcoming culture and values.

The works involved:

• demolition and extensive cleaning before fit out works for the industrial style office could commence
• consideration for how to maintain temperature control and minimise running costs to maintain the high, exposed ceilings
• R5 insulation batts were installed in the roof space.

Particular attention was paid to the layout of the ceiling services to ensure that they did not detract from the finish of the space.
