The Australian Catholic University engaged AMA Projects to landscape the existing multi-use games area on their campus.

The intent behind the design was to create a versatile outdoor space that both staff and students could use for sports and other physical activity.

The full works required demolition of existing walkways and ancillary building, new swipe card access to multi-use court with Rebound Ace surface including fencing, seating areas, shade structures, light poles, as well as goals for futsal, volleyball, netball, and basketball. It also included new footpaths and landscaping to tie new court into existing campus and surrounding public footpaths.

There was an emphasis on adhering to the university’s concerns about noise levels and interactions with students whilst normal operations continued.
