Transport NSW, Parramatta Headquarters

The NSW Department of Transport at 130 George St, Parramatta required two new office spaces, spanning two levels.

The project involved:

• a successful delivery with an extremely tight programme of six weeks
• site staff and contractors conducting day and night works to achieve practical completion
• specialty finishes included timber feature ceilings, perforated ceilings, timber feature wall battens, fabric wall panelling, vinyl wall finishes, and pin-boards
• general works included partitions, painting, floor finishes , joinery, workstations, furniture, window film, signage, roller blinds, audio visual, electronic security installation of all other services.

The building was occupied for the duration of the project, so use of the lifts and services shut-downs had to be carefully coordinated with the building manager.
