AMA Projects statement on the COVID-19 Situation

Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation within Australia and across the globe, AMA Projects has implemented new working procedures to ensure the protection and safety of our staff and their families.

From today, we have begun transitioning our Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne-based office staff to a remote working environment using online team management software, we have increased hygiene awareness and protocols on our construction sites for our Site Managers and are ensuring we find the supplies they need, we have implemented a strict screening process for any subcontractors and visitors coming onto site and we are frequently checking in on the mental and physical health of staff currently posted on overseas projects.

The health and safety of our employees and their family is of paramount importance to us, and we believe by limiting our movements to only what is essential during this period of uncertainty is the best decision to support the health and safety of our team.

Furthermore, it’s absolutely business as usual for the AMA Projects team, our clients and our projects. We are working closely with all those involved to ensure the best possible outcomes for our projects and are continuing to monitor Government and Health authorities for updates on the situation.
