AMA Projects have always prided ourselves on not only delivering the best outcomes for our clients, but for our staff. In our 11 years of operations, our staff have always been at the heart of what we do, and what we have achieved, and continue to achieve is not possible without them.

Through our commitment to provide a supportive, flexible, and inclusive workplace, our staff are encouraged to strike a balance between work and life and contribute constructively throughout the organisation through sharing of ideas, knowledge, achievements, and challenges.

We are so pleased to announce that we were recognised by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia’s Top 10 Best Places to Work in Property, Construction and Transport, ranking 5th on the list!

The AFR BOSS Best Places to Work list recognises and ranks the best places to work in Australia and New Zealand, by industry, and is the premier list of its kind. The list is judged and compiled by leading Australian behavioural science consultancy, Inventium. In 2022, the list comprised of ten industry lists, compiled from over 750 nominations.

Employees were asked to complete a staff survey as part of our submission, covering off a series of questions relating to company policies, practices and programs that exist within AMA Projects to support and get the best out of our employees. The staff survey results account for 50 per cent of the overall score.

AMA Projects were recognised for our commitment to the lifelong learning of our staff and professional development strategies, commitment to flexibility, safety and culture and our diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Coming off the back of receiving the 2021 Master Builder’s Australia National Business Excellence Award for Medium Commercial Construction Company for the second year in a row, and being named on the 2021 Australian Business Awards Employer of Choice list, AMA Projects are proud to be recognised not only for the high-quality of our projects, but also for the high-level of integrity in which we conduct our business, our project and safety management, systems and procedures and our focus and commitment on our company culture.

See how they pick the winners here.

Congratulations to all the other incredible organisations that made the list!
