AMA Projects has won the “National Fitout – $5M to $10M” Award at the Master Builders Australia National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards 2022.
Delivered in just nine weeks, the 4,800m² open plan office was designed to promote a modern, flexible, and healthy working environment. It is comprised of collaborative work zones, offices, and facilities for staff; and features high end joinery, indigenous artwork, and technological integrations.
The new fitout is ecologically conscious, complying with the Sirius Buildings’ 6-Star NABERS and 6-Star Greenstar Building rating. Sustainability was also a key element, utilising durable materials with low maintenance, and installing adaptable furniture for flexibility in future uses of the space.
