AMA Projects were contracted to perform the base building refurbishment at 1 Farrell Place, ACT over 7 floors.

The work took place in an occupied building, so works needed to be carefully staged and managed so that all tenants still access to facilities throughout the works and works minimised disruptions.

The project involved:

  • demolition and make good to three floors (Levels, 4, 6 and 7),
  • complete refurbishment to all lift lobbies (Levels 1-7) and bathrooms including DDA compliant bathrooms
  • refurbishment to end of trip facilities (Levels 4 and 7).
