Bureau of Meteorology, Level 11, 700 Collins Street Partial Fitout

AMA Projects was engaged to deliver partial fitout works to the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) office at 700 Collins Street, Melbourne to reconfigure the space and promote efficiency reflecting FF&E and finishes rolled out to BOM offices nation wide.

Works included demolition; makegood to doors, walls and columns; installation of new partitions, glazing; installation of new floor finishes; painting; installation of new joinery and FF&E; installation of new lighting; and upgrade of services to suit the new layout.

To minimise disruption to tenants, noisy and disruptive works were conducted outside of operational hours; and close coordination with building management was required to facilitate deliveries with other works utilising the loading dock.
