7 London Circuit Redevelopment Project

AMA Projects was engaged to deliver internal refurbishment and external works to 7 London Circuit on behalf of ISPT in the heart of Canberra’s civic centre. The refurbished area was comprised of a commercial kitchen and café; a new end of trip facility and associated amenities; and a new wellbeing centre.

Internal refurbishment works included:

• demolition
• installation of new partitions, ceilings and floor finishes
• installation of new feature joinery and FF&E
• upgrade of services to suit the new layout
• upgrade of critical fire compartment works, including installation of new fire rated walls and sliding door

External works included:

• conversion of William Clemens St into a pedestrian precinct
• construction of new pavilion structure
• construction of new awning structures
• facade modifications

To protect the general public; AMA Projects coordinated closely with TCSS in arranging site fencing, signage, and traffic controllers during works.
