AMA Projects were engaged by the Department of Regional NSW to undertake fitout works to their office located at The Rocks, Sydney NSW.

The scope of works included:

  • alterations to services
  • installation of new workstations
  • alterations and adjustments to the floorplan to rearrange existing meeting rooms to maximise space
  • installation of new lockers
  • installation of high-quality joinery features.

The fitout was delivered in a compressed four-week programme and within an occupied space. Use of an acoustic ready wall was utilise to separate the occupied area from the construction site to minimise disruption.
