This $4.1m fitout project was delivered in the required timeframe of just eight weeks. The works were of a high-security nature which added further complexity to the already tight project timeframes.

The project involved:

  • close attention to detail due to the high quality of selected finishes
  • maintenance of the accelerated programme
  • early access for the client
  • early completion of the comms room which was achieved
  • carefully scheduling the works and had subcontractors work with separate work crews during the day and after hours.

AMA Projects undertook a tool box talk with a formal handover when workers changed to ensure that current site information was consistently transferred between all subcontractors working on the project.
