AMA Projects were engaged on a Design & Construct basis to deliver the refurbishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Sydney Passport office, across a fully occupied building.

The refurbishment works included:

  • reconfiguring the layout to the public passports area on level 7
  • refurbishing the staff kitchen/lunch room on Level 7 and 8
  • reconfiguring the existing storage area to an additional meeting room
  • some minor upgrades to the existing tea-point.
