AMA Projects were engaged to perform the fitout works for the Level 5 ‘Office of the Future’ Pilot. Works included:

  • a full secure and acoustic fitout with Zone 3 and 4 secure spaces across the fitout
  • Dw 40 and Dw 45 acoustic requirements
  • a complete replacement of base building and tenant mechanical services
  • bespoke timber double glazed office partitions
  • feature ceilings and wall finishes.

The space also trials the junction of open plan office whilst providing adequate space for formal and informal meetings.

AMA Projects worked closely with the design team, client and building owner and ensured the project team was well versed with DFAT requirements. to ensure the project was a positive experience that exceeds the clients’ expectations for occupation.
