Achieve Corp Fitout

AMA Projects was engaged to deliver fitout works for Achieve Corp’s new office in Campbell, ACT. The new layout utilised the volume of the space, with a new mezzanine level and staircase constructed as a part of the fitout.

Works included brickwork, structural steel, installation of treads and handrails to stairs, partitions and glazing, doors, plasterboard ceilings, floor finishes tiling, painting, joinery, FF&E, and upgrade of services to suit the new layout.

AMA Projects coordinated closely with the strata management of the building to schedule works during appropriate hours to minimise disruption to residential tenants. A diary of works was submitted on a fortnightly basis to stakeholders detailing upcoming construction activities.
