10 Rudd St

AMA Projects were engaged to complete a small modernisation refurbishment of some end of trip facilities located on the ground floor at 10 Rudd St in Canberra City.

The works included:

• demolition and removal of existing tiling, fixtures and fittings
• retiling
• installation of new joinery, doors and fittings
• adding LED lights to the bathroom mirrors
• updates to the facilities signage.

AMA Projects worked closely with the client and the architect to achieve a positive outcome that was within the clients budget and assisting with cost-effective improvements that would not cause cost or time overruns.

The existing hydraulic infrastructure was an unknown due to a lack of accurate documentation when originally constructed. Working with our subcontractors, we were able to isolate all services without disruption to building occupants and repair or replace all services to ensure compliance with he NCC and relevant standards.
