Sally has worked in the finance space for over eight years, working across government and private organisations. She completed a Bachelor of Accounting with the University of Canberra in 2021 and applies her accumulated knowledge and experience to manage finance and payroll for AMA Projects.

Sally is dedicated and focused on ensuring work is completed to a high quality. Her strong attention to detail and efficiency makes her an invaluable member to have on the team.

Alex is a dedicated Construction Professional and as a Director of the company, has great influence on the success of our projects. Alex is 100% committed to the delivery of any project, with a well-earned reputation for his ability to focus on the smallest of details, whilst not losing site of the big picture. He is extremely talented at managing his team and driving programmes ensuring no detail is neglected.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, during which he has worked in a variety of roles such as electrician, contracts administrator, project manager, and since 2010, as a director.

As a Company Director, Matt is committed to the success of every project AMA Projects undertakes. He has worked in a diverse range of roles for several different organisations within the construction industry over the years and as such has deep understanding of the project process from differing perspectives. He has the capability to understand the specific requirements of our clients and translate them into real solutions, ensuring projects are delivered above expectations.

Matt commenced his career in client side project management, and through this, acquired a high level understanding of design, procurement and programme management strategies. Since starting AMA Projects, Matt has been involved in all facets of the company from tendering through to project delivery, company financial management and business development. Currently Matt’s focus has been on managing the Estimating teams nationally along with the companies Accounts and Finances.

As a Director focused on safety and human resources, Andrew utilises his skills in buildability and site related issues, as well as his passion for delivering the highest quality project outcomes, resulting in a relaxed and flexible working environment for AMA Projects, leading to a greater focus on our client’s key goals.

Andrew has an unrivalled ability to network throughout the industry, creating stronger partnerships for all those involved with AMA Projects.

Tim has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, the core of his experience laying in the delivery of commercial fitouts, refurbishments and office alteration projects – the majority which were carried out in live operating environments – and delivery of complex civil and infrastructure projects.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Building and Construction Management and has developed high-level skills in project management contract administration, cost management, program management, quality management, procurement, and client stakeholder management. He is dedicated to continually improving his professional skills and is well regarded by others in the industry.

Claire is a dedicated Construction Industry professional with 20 years’ experience, spanning across both the residential and commercial sectors.  Her passion for the industry is driven by the continual evolution of new trends, materials, construction methods and opportunities for growth.

Claire’s natural ethos is to build relationships.  She enjoys working with our diverse range of clients and strives to clearly understand their operations and location to find the best solution to provide quality, value for money and to meet programme requirements.  She works closely with our Project Teams and Trades to ensure all proposed methodologies and timeframes are deliverable.
