AMA were engaged on behalf of JGS Property Group to complete minor capital works within the Department of Home Affairs buildings across three locations in Canberra – 3 Molonglo Dr, 5 Chan St and 6 Chan St.

These works involved:

  • installation of TV’s
  • installation of new Coax cabling
  • installation of new joinery units and credenza’s
  • new Zone 3 security doors and partitions
  • new Type 1a security system
  • partition painting and make good
  • retrofit security mesh above Zone 3 partition ceiling.

These works were primarily conducted during regular business hours, with the noisy and intrusive works conducted before core business hours and on weekends.

Constant communication between the client and AMA Projects was ensure there were no disruptions to construction works on site, and the end user was satisfied.
